General Liability

What does general liability cover?

General liability insurance (also called commercial general liability (CGL)) provides financial protection against workplace risks such as property damage, customer injuries, and lawsuits. It is the most common policy for small businesses.

Bodily Injury

In the event that a customer (or another third-party) is injured on your property, you may be responsible for the medical expenses incurred and any damages sustained.

Personal and Advertising Injury

Reputation damage, advertising or intellectual property coverage, regardless of the validity of the claim, you may have to retain a lawyer and pay additional legal costs.

Property Damage

In the event that your business accidentally damages another's property, you may be responsible for paying for the repair or replacement costs of the damage.

You can rest assured that you will get the best deal on the market while protecting your business.
